Hello, my name is Heather Harkins. My husband and I have been married for 13 years, and we have two amazing children. Since I was just a little girl, photography has been one of my favorite hobbies. I loved cameras and loved wandering around photographing my young cousins or flowers at my grandparent's house. After I graduated high school, I went to Huntsville Hospital School of Radiology where I learned to take pictures of inside the human body. After I graduated there, I worked at Clearview Diagnostic Imaging doing CT scans and X-rays. I have recently quit that job, and I decided to take my hobby to the next level. So basically my life has revolved around taking pictures...inside and out! I am very passionate about both.

I love photographing beautiful moments for people, and I also have a huge passion for landscape photography. When photographing people, I prefer to capture candid, just living in the moment pictures as opposed to always having a perfect pose. My goal is to capture the moments of your child laughing, walking around, playing or smiling at you while you act silly behind me. I want to capture families enjoying their time together. To me, photography has the ability to take things like love and happiness, and make them tangible. I want to capture that for you. I want personalities to be seen. When you look back at the photos I take, I want you to remember who you were when the picture was taken, not just where you were.

Thank you for taking time out to visit my page! I truly hope I have the opportunity to freeze moments in time for you!
